By installing or using bridGe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
bridGe is a Google Forms add-on that initiates M-Pesa payments from form respondents and records the outcome. Where you configure a direct destination (your Paybill, Till, or bank account), funds settle directly to that destination; bridGe does not take custody of those funds.
Fees
bridGe may charge a fee per transaction or a subscription, as disclosed to you. Applicable M-Pesa charges are set by Safaricom.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate payment-destination details. You are responsible for money misrouted due to details you entered incorrectly.
- Only collect payments you are lawfully entitled to collect, and handle your own refunds, receipts, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Keep your account and any admin credentials secure.
Respondent payments
Payments are authorized by the respondent on their own device via the M-Pesa PIN prompt. bridGe initiates the prompt but does not complete a payment without the respondent's authorization.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, bridGe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages, errors, or delays in the M-Pesa or Google platforms outside our control. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms. You may stop using bridGe at any time by removing it from your forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
