bridGe is a Google Forms add-on that sends an M-Pesa payment prompt to your respondents the moment they submit — with the money settling to your own Paybill, Till, or bank account, and a live payment status written straight to your responses sheet.

- Install bridGe on your Google Form and connect where payments should go (your Paybill, Till, or bank account).
- A respondent fills your form and submits.
- bridGe sends them an M-Pesa STK Push for the total of their selections.
- On payment, your responses sheet updates to Paid with the M-Pesa receipt.

Event organizers, schools, clubs, NGOs, and businesses in Kenya who collect registrations, orders, or applications through Google Forms and need to take payment.
Why bridGe needs access to your Google Forms and Sheets
bridGe is installed as a Google Workspace add-on directly on your form, so it requests access to your Google account for these specific, limited purposes:
- Google Forms: to add a payment section to your form and read the answers needed to calculate the amount owed for each submission.
- Google Sheets: to write the payment status (Pending, Paid, Failed) and M-Pesa receipt number back to your form's linked response spreadsheet, next to each response.
- Your email address: to identify your account when you connect your M-Pesa payment destination, and to send you invoices for bridGe's service fee if you're on our Direct settlement tier.
- External requests: to communicate with bridGe's own backend server, which is what talks to Safaricom's M-Pesa API to send the payment prompt and receive the result.
bridGe does not read or modify any other files in your Google Drive, does not access forms or sheets you haven't installed it on, and does not use your data for advertising. Full detail: Privacy Policy.
