Collect M-Pesa payments from your Google Forms
When someone submits your form, bridGe sends an M-Pesa prompt to their phone for the total of what they picked. The money goes to your own Paybill, Till or bank account, and your response sheet shows who has paid.

How it works
Set it up once, and every submission asks for payment
- 01Install and connectAdd bridGe from the Google Workspace Marketplace and connect your Paybill, Till or bank account.
- 02Someone fills in your formThey choose what they want and submit, the same as any Google Form.
- 03They get an M-Pesa promptbridGe sends an STK Push to their phone for the total of what they picked.
- 04Your sheet marks them paidThe response row changes to Paid and records the M-Pesa receipt number.

Pricing
You pay 1% of each payment
Choose how the money reaches you. The fee is 1% either way.
Direct
1% per paymentMoney goes straight to your own Paybill, Till or bank account.
- You get the full amount at once.
- We add up your fees and send an invoice when they reach KSh 100.
Managed
1% per paymentWe collect the payment and send it to the M-Pesa account you give us, with the fee already taken off. No invoices.
- Payments of KSh 101 to KSh 599 have a KSh 6 minimum fee. It covers what M-Pesa charges us to send you the money.
- Payouts are in whole shillings.

Permissions
What bridGe asks to access, and why
- Google Forms
- To add a payment section to your form and read answers so it can work out the amount.
- Google Sheets
- To write each payment status and M-Pesa receipt number into your response sheet.
- Your email address
- To identify your account and send service-fee invoices on the Direct settlement tier.
- External requests
- To talk to the bridGe server, which connects to Safaricom's M-Pesa API.
- bridGe does not open other files in your Drive, or forms you have not linked.
- Your data is not used for advertising.
Questions people ask
How much does bridGe cost?
1% of each payment, on either tier. On Managed, payments from KSh 101 to KSh 599 have a KSh 6 minimum fee to cover M-Pesa transfer charges. On Direct, fees are invoiced once they reach KSh 100.
Where does the money go?
On Direct, straight to your own Paybill, Till or bank account. On Managed, we collect it and send it to the M-Pesa account you give us, with the fee taken off.
What does the person filling in my form see?
After they submit, an M-Pesa prompt appears on their phone for the total of what they picked. They enter their PIN to pay.
How do I know who has paid?
Your response sheet marks each row Paid and records the M-Pesa receipt number.
Can bridGe see my other files?
No. bridGe only works with the forms you link to it and their response sheets. It does not open other files in your Drive.
